NetStorage
NetStorage is a means to access your files on our file server, i.e. those on your N: drive. You can also access files in Pupil_Stuff and the Y: drive.
Click on the NetStorage link to get your files. When asked to log in, do so with out using your context. That is, if you normally log in at school with log in name BloggsF.05, the .05 part is your context. In this case, you would log in via the web just using the user name BloggsF. Use the same password as you would at school. In the event of a problem logging in, try your user name with full context. This would be your usual log in name followed by .curric.cse. In the case of our example, log in as BloggsF.05.curric.cse and use your normal log in password.
When using NetStorage, navigate to the file you want, then download it to the computer where you are working. It is not possible to double-click and run a file directly from NetStorage. When you have finished working with it, you can upload the revised version to your file space using NetStorage.
There is a help function available in NetStorage for further details.
