Eportal Help
To access Epsom College’s academic eportal,click on ePortal under the heading IT System Links. First, you will see the log in page.
If you don't have a user name and password, click here to use the forgotten password tool.
Use the user name and password supplied to log in. After a successful log in the “bitlet” screen is displayed. This shows an over view of all the information supplied and is the main navigation screen. This screen is shown below.
There are 7 sections shown here, but you may see fewer than those shown. Each, at the top right of the section, has a link in red marked “More”. Clicking on this link in any section opens a complete page of detailed information, if available, on that section. At the top of the screen in the blue band is the Log out button, which you should click when finished. Here is the page which appears when the “More” link in the events section is clicked. Notice the link at the top left in red with the word “Back”. This takes you back to the bitlet screen. All the sections work in this way.
The sections are self-explanatory and you should have no problems in accessing and understanding the information shown. Some information may change daily, such as attendance data and events. Reports (end of term and interim assessments) will be available as soon as they are completed.
