abc Help

To access Epsom College’s abc, go back one page to home.epsomcollege.org.uk and look for abc under the heading IT System Links or click here. First, you will see the introductory pagepage.

Click on Login to load the log in page, shown below.

Use the user name and password supplied to log in. After a successful log in the search screen is displayed. This shows is the main navigation screen and enables you to access all the information in the abc . This screen is shown below.

It is very easy to use. There are several functions:

Click on Here in the welcome message (first line) to check that your details are correct.
Type all or part of any surname to search for pupils with a surname that matches. You will be presented with a list from which to choose. Click on the view link to see the information for that pupil.
The second search tool allows a combination search terms as shown. Again you will be presented with a list from which to choose.
There are links to a list of teachers' email addresses and to the college's main departments' phone and fax numbers and email addresses.
Finally, there is a link to log out.
